"Located right smack on Via del Babuino (shoppers paradise), steps away (no really, just steps) from world class shops, amazing independent boutiques, art galleries and fantastic restaurants (from the very affordable accross the street to Michellin Starred 40mts away). The staff is lovely and helpful, and arranged for my private transfer to the airport as taxis cannot always be relied upon. Trully, loved it and will definately return when back in Rome. "

"A little difficult to find due to not knowing the lay of the land nor our maps working. Reception is not always on site, but you can text them at any time. Great location seconds away from spanish steps, shopping, and food. Easy to get in and out, plus they have an elevator. Very large bathroom and perfect balcony. "

"This is a small boutique hotel that is located in a great spot. We walked to Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps, literally hundreds of shops and restaurants around. We tented scooters for the landmarks that were a bit further away. It’s clean and modern but the service is the best thing about it. Francesca is the sweetest and she is very helpful. "I like the location, perfect stay in the area, and walkable distant to restaurants, Spanish steps, luxury brand stores, grocery etc. it is right next to a five star hotel but you pay much cheaper. A minor thing about the stay, manager not allowing us to turn on heaters. Bathroom was smell on day 1 but they quickly addressed the issue when I reached out to staffs. Overall, I recommend to stay at this place."

"My husband and I had a great stay! Absolutely gorgeous place. Very modern rooms, clean and tidy. Nice touches like a Nespresso machine and complimentary bottle of champagne in the room. Property also has a roof top terrace with stunning views overlooking the Venice skyline. We would bring home food or drinks and sit up there to enjoy it — arguably our favourite “restaurant” in Venice! Would absolutely recommend this hotel. "
