"I want to discuss a full refund due to the fact that we didn’t even end up staying at this flat. There were some sort of ticks and insects ALL over the beds, ceiling and walls. It was unsantitary in so many levels. The stairs were flooded and lights didn’t work."

"I will start with the clear message, stay away! we discovered our room was infested with bed bugs all over the bed head. We did physically see one on our last night, however after we had some rush in our skin since the past days. But after seeing the bed bug in the wall, it all matched. "La situation de l'appartement est super, et l'espace en lui-même est bien. Ça pourrait être fantastique si c'était entretenu, mais tout ou presque est défaillant : matelas de lit éventré, lattes de sommier cassées, mauvaise isolation phonique (y compris des fenêtres donc on entend toute la rue), ampoules grillées, chaise cassée, gel douche à sec, grille de hotte de cuisine manquante... Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la télévision, avons envoyé un message au numéro de service 24/24....
