"I took 2 of my Grandchildren to Disneyland for 3 days this past wk & stayed here for 4 nites. So happy I chose this hotel! Yummy free breakfast buffet which changed daily. Also a nice food onsite option offered many types of food w/several room service as well as eat there. Easy 12 min walk to parks was great. Always smells so good & inviting Nice pool & spa. Definetly will stay here again! "

"This location is great - I really enjoyed the proximity to Disneyland. The facility is clean, quiet, and rooms are comfortable. The waterslide for kids is nice - my nephew loved it!"

"Excellent location. Right next to the Hollywood walk of fame, Chinese Theater, Dolby Theater, eateries, and tour buses. Excellent gym with adequate equipment. Download the Waymo app for a driverless experience with AI. It was cheaper than Uber and Lift."

"Great property within walking distance of Disney—it would be a decent walk but definitely not a long walk. Uber/lyft is like $6. Garden Walk is across the street; super convenient to the freeway. My only criticism is the ac has a musty smell when you first cut it on. The furnishings are dated and need to be replaced but they are clean. It’s surprising considering the lobby looks so upscale; the rooms should reflect the lobby. Another thing is they charge a $200 security deposit which seems excessive for the price point of the property; they charge your card for food and parking separate from the deposit, which I also found to be a bit weird bc that’s the whole point of a deposit—to cover the incidentals, so they charged $300 upon check in ($200 deposit +$100 for parking), on top of the money I’d already spent booking the hotel. I know the money will come back after check out but that’s $200 you’re not going to see for about a week after your vacation is over. Anyway, despite that, it’s a safe, clean property with a nice big pool my daughter loved swimming in. "

"Check in was great. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Shower needed a refresh and the noise in the hall could be heard in the room. The lobby is beautiful and amenities are all good."

"Very historic, Art Deco hotel with extensive history of Hollywood heydays. Definitely must appreciate the nostalgic interior and architecture. Above all, the staff was impeccable! Everyone had a smile, friendly, welcoming and attentive. I left an item in my room, I called and it was promptly found. A link to file a lost report was sent immediately and my one additional phone call with an amazing staff member had my item returned asap! "
