"The mansion is very unique with plenty of historical architecture and decor. The current owner continues to invest in the property to ensure that it’s well maintained and he’s made some obvious improvements. (HVAC, electrical, etc)We met briefly and he very accommodating and respectful. The beds are all very comfortable and the place is clean! "

"My mom and I loved our stay here! The house had everything you could think of needing, and I would love to come back with my kids and husband in the future. We loved having coffee in the backyard in the mornings and we were a short walk (2 min) from Biscayne Blvd where there are some great restaurants. Sam was responsive when I asked about parking, and all of the instructions and information about the property were clear and helpful."

"I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next...
