"We recently rented this house to celebrate a family birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The house itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating all of our guests. "This place was very dirty. The sheets were not changed. Peoples hairs and stains were on it. There was mold growth in the hallway upstairs. The place smelled bad. We just left after one night after finding a hotel"

"The property was very clean, accessible to resaurants and grocery stores. Only problem we had was a utility pole had to be replaced which caused an outage from around 11:00 am until 11:45 pm, but the FPL worked diligently to repair the damage and utilities were restored.Please note there is a small issue with "sugar ants" in the kitchen, so the Combat Ant Killers need to be replaced. The pool wasn't heated and need some cleaning so we did not use the jacuzzi nor the pool.Overall it was a nice...

"This is the house you wanna stay in for your entire trip!!!! We love Emilie! She’s amazing!!! Super accommodating and kind. We had a very bad experience before her and she went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect!!! The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We were able to eat in a couple of nights because the kitchen has everything you need to make a very nice meal. The beds were super comfy! Close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Over all the house and yard were beautiful with lots of amenities for everyone to enjoy. The only downside was we requested the pool to be heated so the kids could enjoy in the evening but unfortunately it never heated so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool. "

"Best asset is the backyard, with plenty of lounging space, comfortable outdoor grill/fire pit area. House itself needs updating in spots (unfinished in areas: closet, bathroom, broken bench swing in backyard), cleaning supplies, washcloths for bathrooms, and extra blankets for beds. Be aware of maintenance crew having access to garage area frequently (noisy at times when garage door opens)."
