"This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. There are MANY dining and shopping options in the area. If you are a coffee lover there a nice coffee shop called coolatta coffee house 2 minutes away. We had a room on the 6th floor, as previous people stated the higher floors are better! The added security to get to your room is a plus. The shower was AMAZING!!! The gym was very clean as well. I did not use the pool. My only issue was the breakfast, in my opinion it was not good AT ALL....

"Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly.
