"My second time staying at the resort. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are great and my team really enjoyed the 3 dining options along with the pool and beach. The spa is under Reno and they are offering in room services but what they don’t tell you is that your massage will be on your bed ( no travel bed) and cost the same. Just a heads up if you want the spa but otherwise this is a lovely option if you don’t want to go super luxury. "

"My only complaint is I tried to book a door to door transfer and no one seems to care to take me seriously. We waited at the airport for a few minutes assuming maybe they don’t normally confirm any bookings as I have a room booked so any payments should be settled at the end of our stay. Then finally queued up to purchase at the terminal instead. The rest of the stay at the hotel was great. Staff were very helpful. "
