The staff were helpful and kind, the room was spacious, extremely quiet and clean, and there was a wonderful Italian restaurant a 3 minute walk from the hotel. "The front desk (Caroline) and breakfast person (male fellow) were great. Caroline was very personable and shared experiences of the safety of the hotel and area. She offered the sauna and other workout amenities which we were not aware of, and I used them! The other front desk receptionist (male with a beard) was also very helpful in figuring out the bathroom heater rack for drying clothes. I would come back again!"

Walk to terminal is 3 min and plenty of food options the night before. Nice "beer garden" in the open area of the airport. Great way to end a trip. Doing it again in December. "

"Very modern hotel, 2 groceries stores within 5 mins walking distance. Room has kitchen which is super useful. Coffee/espresso machine downstairs is free to use. Buffet breakfast offers good croissant and the price is reasonable.

We arrived late in the evening and the room we had booked was no longer available, but Aree and Samantha did a wonderful job looking after us, getting us the perfect room and complimentary breakfasts for the entire stay.
The facilities, indoor pool, restaurants, and services are all top notch. The front desk staff was knowledgable and friendly, advising us on everything from U-Bahn tickets to umbrella rentals to cab rides to the airport.
Even before we arrived, Elsabeth had organized a steamer for us so we could treat bridemaids dresses for a wedding after a long flight from America.
