"It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"Lovely property, our suite was huge and very comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of options! Our very helpful host Lorenzo organised travel to a nearby village and a cooking class which was great fun. Would be lovely to return in warmer months to use the pool. The garden has amazing views of thr Tuscan countryside. "

"Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"Fairytale castle style home style hotel in this beautiful medieval town. Be aware you can’t drive your car up into the old city - so pack light- you need to park outside the city walls and walk up. Really great location, private terrace, clean and homely - loved the authentic feel of this place. "

"When we arrived at the property we had so many questions about the area! The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions with great patience. We only stayed for 1 night, but wish we had booked for more nights. We toured Siena during the day, but came back to the property for a beautiful sunset and dinner.
