"Very safe. Great open lounge. The Villiage shopping area was fantastic. Definitely shop at the ABC store. You get great gifts for every hundred you spend. It adds up fast as they sell EVERYTHING and prices are reasonable. Thereā€™s a shakes pizza. If you want a quiet spot, thereā€™s a HUGE open park across the street. Kids can run around and play. "

"I had a good experience @ The Modern Honolulu. My room had a lanai, great city views, mountain, harbor and ocean views. The best part was the sunset, awesome view from my lanai! The room was clean, the housekeeper and the staff were all nice and friendly. My only complaint was the elevator noise at night.The swooshing noise was annoying."
