"The stay was wonderful. The property is in a great location and is well kept up. P and M Jeff were great hosts and very helpful with any plans we had. The rest of the staff there was also very attentive. They have great food and drinks at the coffee shop/cafe. If we are ever back in Chiang Mai, we will be sure to stay here."

"Was overall super impressed with the hotel. Location was a block off Main Street so very quiet. Staff were super amazing and friendly. Breakfast was a big surprise as they had many amazing options to eat. Was nice that juice and water were available 24 hours a day. I will recommend hotel to everyone I know coming this way. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and a bonus is that it’s two blocks from Sunday night market "

"This is was an excellent stay and it is a family run business. It is in the heart of chiang mai. Tons if restaurants, coffee shops and massage clinics near by. The morning breakfast is great and you choose from her menu. She is very accommodating and the husband runs the coffee shop. Great coffee. They have a mango tree and a nice dog too. She can suggest places to see and organize taxis too if you need. "
