"My Mom’s 87 year old friend and her daughter age 67 stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Mom from out of town. The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities. Restaurants are a 20 minute walk away."
