"Our three-household family gathers every August for several days in a nice vacation spot. In the past, we reserved a large cabin at Lake Tahoe. This year, we decided to spend a week near beaches in Santa Cruz. The house on W. Cliff Drive was perfect for us. We'll have to do it again someday. "

"This two story home is in a great location. The second floor is almost self sufficient with a large living area and a mini kitchen. We were tortured by ants! I think an exterminator is in order. While there, there were issues with the upstairs toilet. A plumber was sent to no avail. The upstairs people had to use buckets to flush the toilet. We told the management company and they told us it would be dealt with after we checked out. The shower pressure downstairs was nonexistent. This may be...

"Very clean and well maintained property, even while occupying the location. A strong wind occurred overnight and we left the spa cover off. The next morning we discovered a lot of debris fell into it and was not in any condition to be used. However, we left to grab lunch, and when we checked the spa again, it was all clear and cleaned up! Was very happy to once again use the spa. A++"

"Such a wonderful stay for our group of six! The house was immaculate with plenty of space to spread out. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean. A few minutes drive to Carmel and 17 mile drive. Would definitely stay again, the neighborhood is so quaint and safe."

"This property is really nice… nice older house with lots of charm, great backyard, and close to a lot of attractions. You can tell the owner has put a lot work into the home. Only problem is the noisy intersection the house sits at… cars go zooming by all day, and all night. On a Friday and Saturday night, the traffic noise is pretty bad if you’re a light sleeper."
