"The bed was awesome to sleep sleep on with clean white bedding. Toilet seat was loose, shower was fantastic but needs an updating with new clean tiles etc all around and shelf for shampoo's etc. Carpet needs cleaning and kitchen facilities needs attending too. Bigger cups and spoons to stir your tea and tea towels. More milk and tea,coffee. My Television did not work either. But I got a very good sleep."

"Unfortunately, there were 2 cancelled flights the day we stayed, which meant lots of travellers staying. Kitchen clearly understaffed, a lot of diners waiting more than 1. 5 hours after ordering, to get meals We waited 1.5 hours, and whilst my meal was delivered, my partner’s meal was forgotten. The staff were clearly swamped and apologetic, and agreed not to charge us for my meal or drinks. My impression was that the place was lightly staffed as it was a public holiday, probably to save paying...

"This motel is close to the airport which was very convenient since we traveled almost 22hrs to get to Auckland . Staff is really nice. Beds were comfortable. "

"Really enjoyed my time here. Room was clean, had a great view and a nice little balcony! Staff were very nice and had an easy check in. Only downside was a house across the road had an event on and had taken up all street parking, they had also taken up all of the free motel parking so I had to pay an extra $50 to park outside the motel.
