"Pedro at the reception was AMAZING and KIND. He help us with everything we needed it specially to arranged transportation to the city. He was really the main reason we love our stay at this hotel. "I understand that Ibis is a budget hotel, so I wasn't expecting luxury. However, not having basic amenities like a phone or TV in the room is quite surprising. If a guest needs anything, they're expected to physically go to the reception. I also needed to book a taxi to the airport, and the receptionist was extremely rude.
