"I loved this property and wish I could have stayed in Luxor for longer - I only stayed there for two days. The hotel is tiktok and instagram friendly so good for making travel content if that's what you are after. Hotel staff was friendly and helped me arrange my trip to banana island and the hotel airballoon ride. Staff was always down to help whenever needed and would highly recommend this hotel if its fits your budget. "

"Beutiful hotel located on the pieceful West Back of Luxor. This property has the best views of the East and West banks of Luxor. The staff are welcoming and very helpful, offering sunset Felucca rides, and transportation if needed. The meals here are amazing. The best breakfast I have had anywhere in my travels by far. I would highly recommended staying here."

As soon as I realized this, I reported the issue to Hotels.com, and they made multiple attempts to contact the hotel administration to request a refund. "Our family was happy to stay at Home Sweet Home in Luxor. The house was spacious, with two bedrooms, and the caretakers were very kind. It took us a while to find the house, as Google Maps didn’t lead us to the correct location, and there was no sign or light at the front. However, the place was clean, and we enjoyed our stay there."
