"Everything went well. I paid £89 for a double room. Room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, but a little of the expensive side @ £16 per head. Parking was easy. The staff were polite and friendly. No complaints."

"A fantastic hotel with very friendly staff, it’s the fourth time we’ve stayed as the children love it. The swimming pool and spa is excellent ( you have to pay extra for this service when booking through Hotels.com which they don’t say on the website 😡) Will definitely be booking this hotel again "

"My only regret was not staying longer at this hotel. Not only is the interior design and artwork impeccable but the staff are extraordinary. A gentleman escorted me to my room and explained the history of the building along with all the amenities (nespresso machine, free beverages, cookies, etc.) To me this boutique hotel embodies Bath and is just such a lovely experience. The pricing is so reasonable and walkable to the shops, Roman Baths, parks, etc. I wanted for nothing. Definitely will be back as I love this hotel at the same level as my love for Bath! "
