"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property. "The apartment was a nice size, however the cleaner has done an awful job; big old cobwebs on multiple parts of the ceiling, no soap and conditioner in the bathroom, small dark stains on the bedding. Our main issue was that we were rudely disturbed and overheard the cleaner complaining that we were still in our room, all whilst we were well within our time prior to checking out. The lady was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable and left a very sour stain on our stay. The room was a decent...
