" Aussie the helped us on how to get to places by bus and some recommendations in Reykjavik . Jokull the Manager was more the accommodating to make us feel like a valued costumer. He surely did make us feel valued. The dinner was amazing and our service from Merka was outstanding, he truly an asset to your team. Also a shout out to the blonde lady on the front desk you too were friendly and great at your job. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel."
