"This is a great location and beautiful house. Plenty of room. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. Secluded spot yet close to town and Sunday River Ski Resort. Game room, hot tub and fire pit were perfect to keep everyone in our group occupied and relaxed. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future. "

"Great property, well supplied, absolutely gorgeous views and sunsets. All in our party noticed the cleanliness of the property immediately on arrival. Our group was there primarily for fishing the lake so we docked a 14 passenger pontoon easily at the dock which was nice as often docking can be treacherous with rocks and shallows but this was easy going. Property owner was very helpful with recommendations and info as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay here very much. "

"A group of friends and I planned a weekend trip to Raggae Fest at Sugarloaf and the house ended up being the main attraction. Right when you walk into the living room you are greeted by more moose and deer heads than you can count. It made for a super unique experience and something that I’m sure we will talk about for years to come. There’s also a great downstairs with pool and ping pong that was a huge hit.
