The staff and owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hostel is very clean and safe. It seemed that people staying there had previously stayed there and returned because they had good experiences. "

"Everything was ok "

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

Comfortable and accommodating hotel staff

"I was on crutches so needed accessibility of wheelchair. It met all those standards and more. It is a very nice hotel with a view of the mountains. Our bed was very comfy. Amazed by the breakfast staff who went out of their way to meet all our needs. "
