"It definitely needs upgrades. We had some issues with one of the televisions but they were quick to fix it. Asked for extra blankets and we got them in a jiffy. The bed was definitely worn out and needs a new mattress, but the classic Grand suite was actually nice. "

"This property is very walkable. The free parking saved us money to spend on other things. Our room was clean and the water pressure of the shower was great. We had a nice time and the restaurant choices were perfect. Not a big gambler but the machines were bright and entertaining. Played a few here and there. Check In is was a little slow. The QR code on a stand wasn't recognizing my booking, but the wait wasn't too long. All and all I'd recommend this hotel. Service and staff were friendly...

"Bathrooms in the hotel rooms have soap and shampoo dispensers and they don’t tell you the name of the body wash or shampoo. I ended up getting an allergic reaction to the body wash (didn’t know I was sensitive) It would be nice if they had the name on the bottle so people that may have sensitivity to soaps can look them up. "

"The Bellagio hotel was lovely but the two restaurants we went to, Harvest and Sadelles were over priced and mediocre. Bellagio is starting to look a bit dated. Parking lot was charged to our room but we had to pay again when exiting."
