Immaculate well appointed two master suite home with upstairs entertainment room, pool table and bar. Radiant heating throughout. Beautiful front deck overlooking Lake Almanor with large gas BBQ. Close proximity to Mt.Lassen and Chester. Hiking right out your back door! Fantastic for entertaining. Home is on the opposite side of the road from the lake, not directly on the lake.
RV Pad available during snow free times.
Please note, lower level garage is not accessible for guests.

Beautiful View
We truly enjoyed our stay. Nothing like a cup of morning coffee and that view. Loved his home, plenty of space for a family of 6. Pool table was a family hit. Kevin was very responsive and addressed any needs. Note: bring a can opener.

Beautiful but not perfect
Gorgeous property but needs repairs and general maintenance. Patio door handle falls off (needs set screw). Entrance door lock needs to be rebuilt to work properly (key difficult to remove from lock). Shower drain shield not attached. Thermostats: primary one not working (batteries dead), another thermostat has low battery warning light on. Light bulbs dead in master bathroom toilet. Cob webs on windows. Master bed has Cal King box mattress with King top mattress that is lumpy (very uncomfortable). Trash compactor is non-functional. Some of the woodwork and metal cover sheeting need cleaning or staining. Deck railing has some missing and broken spindles (hazard for children). This property could be stellar with a good handyman visit!

Majestic Cabin Experience
If you'd like to enjoy a picturesque stay with a gorgeous lakefront view, look no further. Everything you need (besides food) is available in the kitchen. The BBQ needs to be serviced though, the back burners only worked...but I managed to get the job done. However, the owner was super attentive and supplied us with an additional gas tank if needed. Communication with the owner was always quick and every need met. Definitely worth it! I just wish it had a firepit outside, maybe next time!

Home was extremely dirty. Not adequately prepared for rental. No AC, a few window screens torn so could not open windows. Upstairs Master Bath & Bedroom sealed off due to bats. Owner trying to eradicate but had to have upstairs sealed off during our stay.

Beautiful Lake View Home
Despite a new bat issue (that the owner is resolving) we still had a great time. We understand that bats are a common pest for the area. The house is beautiful and has a beautiful lake view. Kevin is great and communicates well. He is refunding us for our troubles with the bat problem. I still will recommend a stay at this beautiful lake view home.

Gorgeous getaway
We had a great experience at the cabin. The owner was great at communicating with us and check in was super simple. We are a family of 6 and had enough space for all. The kitchen needs to add a can opener, the bathroom needs some soaps and things, and many of the blind/curtains fell down every time we attempted to go up or down, but other than that our stay was wonderful. We are hoping to come back again soon.

Kevin was very easy to work with and responsive. This is a new VRBO listing so there were a few kinks to work out but overall the property was amazing, the house is gorgeous and the views were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place!
