"The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean."

Earplugs provided on kitchen table. The stairs up to the unit are very steep, (noted in the description). There is no handrail, so my aging mother required assistance to get up and down.
