"We felt the place was a little tired compared to photos, however when we requested a few things from the property manager, they were quick to respond and extremely accommodating! Excellent customer service. The location is fantastic and the pools are lovely. Also really appreciated how easy it was to come and go with a Pram and very easy to access the parking if you hire a car. "

" Location is great if you are planning to do any tour out of the port of Airlie, and it is a relatively quick walk to the city center. Also beautiful view of the port and water. However, we did find two cockroaches running around and we let the hotel know with no response for two days. In the search of mote cockroaches we also found dead bugs in many corners of the apartment. Overall not a bad stay but definitely could have been better"
