"The property is in a great location in Southbank, close to Crown Casino, and Eureka Tower. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating and communication before we arrived was excellent. The kids loved the pool, but unfortunately Apt 262 was in need of maintenance. The apartment had an odd smell (maybe a pet owners apartment?) and the carpet was quite dirty. One double bed was broken (the slats kept collapsing in the middle of the night). "The property was dirty and desperately needs a paint job. The curtains are filthy in all the rooms and kitchen cupboards filthy. No dish cloth to wipe benches. Bathroom door didn't close completely. Ensuite shower head broken. Mould in both bathrooms.. Lounge and mat needs cleaning - dirty!! Balcony doors wouldn't lock. Main bedroom sliding door wouldn't open and when you tried the entire frame moved. On a whole, for the price this property is a disgrace!!!"
