"Comfortable room for our short stay. Lovely staff and reasonable room service menu. The breakfast room was very busy and a bit noisy - but it was a very busy time of year with the Cricket Test on. My only suggestion would be to use some noise calming devices in that area if such a thing exists. Otherwise a really enjoyable stay. "

"The OAKS is an extremely well-positioned place to stay. We had a fabulous stay albeit short. We loved the cleanliness of the room, the facilities such as comfy bed, full kitchen and modern bathroom were all very much appreciated after we had a long trip, arriving later in the evening. The Reception staff on arrival, (Ze) and those we met on departure were very pleasant, asking about our visit, interested in what we planned to do and what we enjoyed about visiting Melbourne. "
