"Arranged before hand to get an additional key for the property since there was only one provided normally which is pretty pethetic for a property that is availible to rent for 7 people. After contacting the host i was told they would drop it around in the morning the next day. After asking multiple times for what time they would be dropping the key off they still never provided us with a time. We waited around untill midday but they still never showed up while we were there. The property was...

"Lower bathroom showerhead broken, entire unit stunk of Indian food coming from next door, neighbors making noise every night until early hours, TV not working. we requested some clean towels which did not arrive. lots of traffic noise. Premises not very clean. For what we paid no value at all."

"This lovely townhouse was clean and tidy, with everything you need and is a short walk to shops and restaurants. We found it very quiet on a no through street with a park across the road. I'd highy recommend this property."

"Lovely 2 bedroom Terrance. Very handy stay to Lygon st, trams & restaurants. Comfortable beds . Booking made many months in advance of 4 singles beds, 1 week prior to stay Stayz phoned to there were only 2 singles & 1 king. Fortunately the group of people sharing were ok. Would have been better if booking checked earlier. Otherwise stay was good."
