"The OAKS is an extremely well-positioned place to stay. We had a fabulous stay albeit short. We loved the cleanliness of the room, the facilities such as comfy bed, full kitchen and modern bathroom were all very much appreciated after we had a long trip, arriving later in the evening. The Reception staff on arrival, (Ze) and those we met on departure were very pleasant, asking about our visit, interested in what we planned to do and what we enjoyed about visiting Melbourne. "

"This was one of our best stays over several spots in 3 weeks. This is in a great location, has a kitchenette and laundry in the suite. It was very quiet due to the holidays but staff were always available and quick to reapond to our needa. Parking is extra and should be booked earlt but it is very convenient compared to others in the CBD."

"Our first room had a very noisy ventilation fan. We moved to a second room which resolved the fan problem. Very nice room although let down by not being very clean. Hair on the toilet and oil splatters over the overhead cupboards in the kitchen. No soap in the shower dispenser and the shampoo dispenser broken. Things were quickly attended to when raised. Very nice hotel overall, just let down by the cleaning. The pool and bbq area was excellent."

"I recently stayed at Brady Apartments and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The amenities are top-notch, with a refreshing pool, relaxing sauna, and a well-equipped gym that made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location is unbeatable—so close to a variety of attractions and with tram stops practically at the doorstep. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!"

"I love the Adina brand hotels. The bed was comfy. I enjoyed the convenience of having a washer and dryer near the room. There is a tram stop around the corner to get around the CBD. There is also a convenience store across the street and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The walk to Chinatown and Victoria Market was fairly easy. Harry at the reception area was nice and helpful. However, it was hard to control the water temperature in the shower. Having cream in the mini kitchen...
