"Had inside pool room. Hotel is very old and in dire need of remodel. But for Rocky top football tournaments the hotel was great for what we needed. Hotel staff was friendly and the kids loved the pool. Parking, like everywhere else in Gatlinburg, was difficult. After 8pm, no parking available. Lot was full and had to park at hotel next door. Other than that, no issues with anything at the hotel. Would recommend for anyone looking for a pool hotel and pretty neat the rooms are inside pool...

"GREAT location, friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms. The indoor pool is really a hidden gem at this hotel! Best indoor pool I think I've ever seen. My kids LOVE to swim, so we always try to stay at a place with an indoor pool, but the vast majority of them are just your average square pool in a room. This pool has a waterfall, a little "grotto" to swim around, and the hot tub is up on a platform in a "rock" formation. Front desk staff was very friendly. We did not try the restaurant....
