"This was a great clean place to stay. It was convenient to downtown Fredericksburg. There is a bar at the entrance with music and a food truck. The only down fall was it said a full size refrigerator and it was a small dorm refrigerator. The place was clean and it was stocked with a grill, hot tub and the kitchen has a griddle and silverware. There is an electric grill on the porch. We spoke with the owner who takes an active roll in the comfort of his guests. We will be staying here again."

They allowed us to check in early AND they left me a birthday cupcake complete with candle!
