"We loved our stay in the Windmark Beach community! The area is so lovely, beautiful landscape and adorable homes. We took advantage of the beach gear rental and received adult and child bikes, beach wagon (not included with house as seen in pic) life vests, and beach chairs. The bikes really came in handy for going to the village area, where there are shops and a few restaraunts. The walk is a bit far-maybe 10-15 minutes. We also rented a golf cart through Barefoot rentals and went all over the community, lots of beaches to visit. Windmark Beach paths are about 3 miles so plenty to explore. The beaches were clean and relaxing. There is a public beach access right down the street from the house or many more accessible by boardwalk within the community. My kids loved using the paddle board that came with the house. We enjoyed all the extra beach accessories like the sand toys, floats, badminton gear, etc. Nice not to worry about packing those things! Bring your own beach towels!The house itself was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfasts/dinners on the screened patio. We packed extra toilet paper, laundry pods, and paper towels. The keypad to get in the house is tricky and doesn't always work smoothly. You have to give it a few moments after entering the code to let it unlock. Renters need to know this before arriving. Loved our stay and will be back someday!"
