"Our room was great and the hotel had everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Wolverhampton. It was clean, spacious, the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom were nice and the buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Parking was easy and cost £5 per day. "

"arrived at hotel around 16:45 to check in and was told abruptly by a security guard at the door before i’d even set foot into the building that all the hotel bookings were cancelled because the hotel was housing refugees and i should have received an email telling me of this situation. needless to say i checked all emails immediately and didn’t find anything thus leaving us stranded without accommodations for the night.which meant we had to sit and wait in our car for 2 hours till the show we...

"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game.
