"5 star to the staff all so friendly pools were great with plenty of lounge chairs clean and well maintained resort not a fan of the loud music/dance/foam/theme parties until 10pm or 1 am another negative was the availability of a la carte restaurants overall it was a great vacation"

"The room and staff was great. There was a leak in the bathroom over the toilet in room 4313. The only reason I have a lower rating is because I really wanted to try the steakhouse for our birthday but upon checkin we were told it was already booked. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There are no elevators so you will have to climb stairs if not on first floor. Pools are on smaller size, you can take trolley to all other resorts to use amenities and restaurants. "

"We’ve stayed at many all-inclusives in the area including the Wyndham Azteca and Westin Cozumel and this resort is better in most ways. The food is extremely high quality, the staff are wonderful, and the grounds are beautiful. We had some problems with the first room we were given but a man named Daniel found us an updated room that was perfect. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen, and I travel a lot. "

"We stayed at the Bahía Coba resort which is basic tier of the resorts. The beds were very stiff and the buffet food was decent. Although, there was little communication on how to book the private restaurants for the week that we stayed."

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Being steps away from the beach you just cant beat that! The staff at the house were amazing and very helpful in keeping everything clean, including the seaweed off the beach. We did the meal service 2 nights and were a bit underwhelmed with the food quality. But the bartender service was totally worth it. The house its self has some wear and tear I feel like could be updated but overall it was a amazing house, location and time spent. We would definitely come back. "
