"Be patient with property manager she is short staffed and is doing everything on her own. Communicate with her before making reservations with Expedia she doesn't live in property and they close at 8 pm so out of respect for her be there no later than 730 pm so she can get home to get her family. She works 7 days a week from 8 am -8pm. Communication is key prior to your arrival. "
