"This property uses very old, torn towels bedding, with holes and tears and cuts in them. Has no place to hang clothes oe towels in the bathroom. Very tight limited place. No shower curtain. No, Do not disturb sign. Provides paper and plastic cups for hot/cold water that are not suitable to use. Small closet that the door can not be opened, as the TV screen is in the way. Property is need of serious renevoation."

"Staff are extremely professional and courteous. I recommend this hotel to everyone. However, it is a little further away from the airport, but is not too far from the Chungli train station.
