"Our stay was clean and newly updated, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were all incredibly friendly. The food was also really good, especially the pork tacos at Strong Water Tavern. The only downside to our stay was the music being played in the lobby and courtyard area next to Guest House 3 was quite loud all throughout the night, and there were a few guests staying a few rooms down from us who were extremely loud at 1am. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on outside of your room but other than that, we’d definitely stay here again. The pros far outweighed the con."

"The aroma upon walking into the hotel is amazing! The accessibility to the parks and the Unlimited Express Pass makes this the hotel where we ALWAYS stay when we come to Universal Orlando. In addition, the beautiful huge orchid wallpaper in the guest rooms is stunning. "

"Awesome stay - this property is so cool and unlike anywhere we have ever stayed before - love the theming. Very reasonable cost and the ability to pool hop to any of universals resorts - so you can use the amenities at all of their five star properties! Easy walk to other universal hotels and all three theme parks or you can get on the bus or boat. Good in room kitchenette with microwave and decent sized fridge and basic cutlery/bowls/plates. It was a shame we hit a cold snap in the weather and when it gets below a certain temperature they don’t open the pools or the hot tubs even though we would have liked to at least use the hot tub - this seems consistent with how other Orlando hotels work though. "
