"Zenibako House was the perfect place for my stay during the Sapporo Snow Festival. It was a comfortable home base surrounded by excellent local cuisine and culture, and practically right next door to the local train station so my friends and I could get to Sapporo proper any time we wanted. The next time I visit Hokkaido I'll definitely check to see if this place is available; I'd love to come back again some time."

"リビングのエアコンの調子が悪くて冷えず非常口窓を開けて冷やしてた。それ以外の設備は綺麗。キッチンの食器類も充実してたし、家族4人で宿泊したがベッドも6個有り、広々と寝れた。シャワー室も2室有り、大勢で宿泊時は助かる。タオル類等のアメニティーも充実してた。目の前が海で波の音を聴きながら飲食も良かった。駅1分・セブンイレブン2分と近く楽でした。小樽がメインで宿泊したが、4駅と近くて交通の便からも宿泊して良かった。機会が有れば、また宿泊したいです。"

"A quiet and peaceful hotel that has modern vibes. There is a free wine hour at the bar that I was able to get. It was really nice to hang out and have a glass of wine to wind down after venturing around and exploring. I also received a free drink ticket. The drinks were limited but I still appreciated getting this "VIP" experience. I loved the vibes of the hotel and my room was very nice. "

"The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. Also love the public onsen and easy access to the ski trails. The only thing to complain is the limited selection of food and grocery supplies near the hotel (no convenience stores and lack of dinner choices except hotel restaurant which is just average or 30 minutes drive to Otaru city). But overall still a good bargain at low season. Not sure about prices in high ski season though."
