Mexico and Central America Beach Holidays

The property was nice, however for such a large property they only have 2 specialty restaurants and it was almost impossible to get a reservation since members (timeshare owners) get first pick. By the time a non- members makes reservations everything if full. Non-members also pay for the amenities and we do not get the same perks. Next time, I will look somewhere else. Also- if you are looking to spend quiet time this is the perfect place for you. If you want activities- look somewhere else. Everything starts closing by 10:30pm. I was not looking for a party hotel but at least have a bar open until midnight!

I did not like at all that the first interaction with staff upon my arrival was a time share employee. Poor taste in my opinion and was a huge turn off for me. She continued to bother me every time she saw me to discuss time share options. I probably will not return.

Improvement on playing music on property. Night activities.

We had such an amazing experience! Staff like isabell the staff entertainment and Claudia working at the pool made things so much more enjoyable! You have incredible staff, we can’t wait to return!

Electric problems I’d reported three times and never was fixed.

We loved how many pools and activities there were for everyone in the family. The staff was great. We loved seeing all the animals on the property living naturally in the resort. It was fun to see them everyday. Half of the restort was under construction. It did not hinder our experience at all. I looked at it as a plus less people.

Resort was very clean, food was good not enough options, they needed more entertainment. The room and view were awesome.
