"It was extremely difficult to find where to check in. Turning in to the area, the building closest to the sign is Human Resources. Tried the next building. Nope. Third one told us to go back by Human Resources and go around to the side. One is for the casino, one for something else & totally around the back is the hotel check-in. Once that was taken car of, everything was fine. The only complaint was that there was hair left in the bathtub. The rest of the room was clean."

"Stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. The employees were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. The hotel is conveniently located across a gas station and McDonald’s for those late night treats and is only a short drive to downtown New Buffalo. Overall, we had a great stay. "
