"It's Def an older property probably used by hunters and fisherman over the years but it's only a10 minute drive into town for concert venues. Very quiet and in the middle of nowhere but clean and kept up. Would stay again!"

"It wasnt bad. The place was clean. The employees were not very friendly. Except the guy who came to clean when we checked out. He was the nicest employee there. When we got there and entered room all you could smell was cigarette smoke. (Thought there was no smoking). They did allow us to have a late check out cause we overslept so thanks for that. :) "

"This hotel is perfect for most Ann Arbor stays: location, convenience to eateries and shops, ease of access to local freeways, friendly staff, free (but limited) breakfast, cleanliness, and charm. I took off a point on some aspects for some minor things, such as a lamp with a broken switch, a window covering that doesn't block out all light, and a somewhat stained carpet. The carpet is really not an issue, it looks ok and is basically clean. I may have read here that the rooms are "dated," but...
