"Worked as advertised. Good value hotel Ina convenient location. Room was of normal size which is a rarity in Manhattan. Beds were comfortable. While only continental breakfast was available for purchase downstairs, it was more than adequate and the lattes were quite good (better than at any Starbucks). Cozy lobby if you want to do a bit of work away from your room or meet up with someone. "
"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"Our room was beautiful with a fabulous view. The staff was kind and helpful. My only complaint is that we were given a credit to use in the hotel (a part of the $35/day fee we paid) and asked on 2 different occasions to have our mini bar replenished - it never happened. We did not end up using the credit b/c there wasn't anything left that we wanted.
We would stay again and recommend the property to others."
"Highly impressed by this hotel. They stored our luggage prior to check in, and gave us a complimentary room upgrade once checked in. Stafff was extremely friendly & helpful. Room was large, especially for nyc, and clean. "

"This was our honeymoon so it was fabulous. We organised plenty of activities and in terms of location it was ideal. The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself is a little dated, doesn't look like much when you first arrive. But it's clean, the beds are super comfy, the shower has plenty of pressure and it had all the cooking facilities you'd expect in a kitchenette. After a couple of days it felt like home.
Downstairs there's a free gym and also laundry facilities so take some detergent with you.
The street it's on has a few addicts and homeless people hanging around so on first impressions I wasn't too convinced but after a day or so there we learnt that they keep themselves to themselves and that actually it's the same in most of the Times Square area. The hotel staff are aware of this and keep the front doors shut so you can't get in without a key card"
