"My wife and I had an amazing stay at The Chatwal. Amazing service, super courteous staff, great location, many superb walkable restaurants and the place was ultra nice and clean. Wonderful place to stay while visiting NYC. "
"The Pearl staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast much appreciated. Happy Hour wine bar and snacks was welcome in the early evening. This was our 2nd visit to The Pearl and I would definitely
stay here again. The rooms are quite comfortable and quiet. The location is great!"
"Fantastic location - close to theatres, restaurants and half a block from Times Square (the part where the seating is) - so the area is hopping! This is a boutique hotel (not too many guests) with the most amazing showers (great water pressure!), free coffee/tea and refillable water station (no need to buy water)! Room was fantastic - we had the Executive double queen room - very spacious. Staff was wonderful - we will definitely go back!"
"We can’t wait to stay here again! The staff was outstanding and the location for Broadway fans is perfect! The junior suite worked great for our family of 5. "
"The hotel was beautiful and pretty much in the center of everything. Once you enter the hotel you dont hear the city. The staff was very friendly and it was overall a great trip. "
" The is a older hotel in good condition a bit dated. but older hotels have very thick walls and floors. Super quiet no City noises. And the cook eatery is next door. A budget friendly place to stay. "
