"Our stay was very comfortable. I would stay there again. Some trouble with air conditioning/fan, but the weather was pleasant so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Street noise woke me up a couple times with the windows open but other than that it was a lovely stay. "

"Rooms were a bit stuffy, almost seemed there was smoke damage from indoor smoking. Furthermore, there were a few nights where other guests were very noisy during late hours of the night. Other than those 2 issues, it was a very good stay."

"Very convenient location in walking distance to subway, LIttle Italy, Chinatown, and other neighborhoods. Don't miss Katz's Deli steps away. No line if you arrive before 11 a.m. The hotel had a clean, modern vibe and a nice rooftop bar area. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again."

"I think they may have cut the air off at night. I support energy conservation efforts, but it would've been nice to know when we could expect to lose a/c. My partner runs hot at night and I woke up soaked in his sweat 2 nights in a row. Other than that, it was ideal. I would definitely stay at The Ridge again."
