"I think they may have cut the air off at night. I support energy conservation efforts, but it would've been nice to know when we could expect to lose a/c. My partner runs hot at night and I woke up soaked in his sweat 2 nights in a row. Other than that, it was ideal. I would definitely stay at The Ridge again."

"Hard to speak of it because oddly enough I did not end up staying there. You see, the hotel was fully booked when we arrived despite us making reservations. But thankfully, the guy (Frankie) at the front desk was kid and helpful and solution-oriented enough to put as at a second hotel owned by same owner 2 blocks away that was far better for the original cost! So...we were quite lucky! It was so nice there at the Allen Hotel and staff were very helpful and kind. So I have to give a positive...
