"Smooth check in and checkout. Staff was excellent and booked us a taxi to our cruise ship. Room was small but big enough for a short stay. It was clean with a very large bathroom. I would definitely recommend Hotel Gracery."

"Such a great place to stay! Affordable, close to the Shinjuku station as well as the red light district. My room had a view on the government building which had a neat light show every night. The room had everything I needed and was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller. My one complaint was that my one pillow wasn’t that comfy, but otherwise it was nice room. "The central Shinjuku location of the Washington can't really be beat. It's only a few minutes walk from one of the biggest train stations in Tokyo and many stores and restaurants. However, the rooms were a bit small and not as nicely appointed as some of the other hotels on our trip at the same price. And the location of the annex building in the middle of the plaza meant we had to go through a bit of a maze anytime we wanted to get to our rooms. Laundry onsite and many combinis and restaurants...
