"The breakfast buffet was great. Azaria was amazing serving us and taking care of us everyday especially playing with my 16 months old daughter. However, one thing I would like to add or perhaps for the hotel to address is have facilities to wash baby bottles. I’ve had to call room service and plead every single time to get the bottles washed up. I’ve never had issues at crown or 4 seasons but sad to say getting this done here was a total disappointment. "Had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific. Upon arrival around 1pm we not only had access to our room but were upgraded to a two bedroom suite on the top floor! The convenience of value parking alone was worth it. What I was most impressed with was although we had a late check out we opted to check out at earlier 11:15am to shop at DFO. Our bags were left with the concierge and upon returning 2 hours later to leave were told the bags were now in my vehicle out the front! Super impressed the staff were...

"Great location and historic building. Pool and gym are excellent, and the staff/service is top notch. For the price of a room the WiFi could be quicker and a wider range of TV channels provided - but very minor complaints. Overall fantastic."

"Hotel with lots of character and in a prime location for the CBD and transport. Trams, trains etc within a 5 minute walk with a huge selection of eateries nearby. The room was a good size, but automatic room service is every 3 days, although you can ring reception for a daily. The only downside to the room was the single ply toilet paper.
