"This was a short stay but we were made to feel very welcome. All staff were friendly and approachable, we had children with additional needs and accommodations were made in a professional and supportive manner without any issue. "Lovely hotel right on the sea front and walking distance to everything you need. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Bathroom was a bit dated but clean and very usable. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Interesting getting in to the car park though! Narrow, but as they said you can get a transit van down into it! :-). Overall a very pleasant overnight stay"

"We stayed for the weekend in hotel, all went smoothly:) nice clean room, we slept like babies. If you get lucky you may park at the hotel, not a lot of spaces though but that’s not a big problem as car park is literally opposite hotel. "We were relocated to the other hotel- the Dolfin hotel. We were very tired and we had to walk there about 20 minutes. There was two men sitting in the garden staring at our window. It was creepy. I think they work there because they where at hotel every night. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. "
