"We booked this hotel as a convenient option for visiting Universal Studios and were very pleasantly surprised. From the warm and friendly staff to the many hotel amenities we realized this hotel is not just good for visiting Universal but more so a destination we would love to return to. My family enjoyed the food at the casual dining outside of the pool as well as a fantastic meal in the restaurant. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional, we really felt welcomed. The amenities were wonderful too. The gym was very clean and offered newer gym equipment and complimentary headphones. Down by the pool there were plenty of loungers, evening movies and a wonderful evening ambience. Schedules of different activities offered were posted in the elevator. My family took advantage of the hourly shuttle to Universal which was spacious and convenient. After our short trip I have to say I will be back to explore more of what this home away from home has to offer."
