The only problem, and it’s a very minor one, was that the light at the exterior were not functional (or we were not able to figure out the correct switch) and we were unable to remove the key from the door lock on the inside when we can to checkout. But the staff and location are incredible. We will definitely plan to come back here with our children sometime in the future. "

"Angelina is very welcoming and available for any need. She will do everything she can to make your holiday a great moment. We had a room on the uper floor (6th) offering great view to the sea and the city. But the downside is that we had to climb the stairs everytime we went out (as there is no elevator), but it's worth it if you're a little bit sporty. The swimming pool is good but a bit shallow (1.40m) and it can be limited if many guests (say 10) are in at the same time. Included breakfast...

"One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in on Crete, and excellent value. Our room had a breathtaking seaview and we'd return just for this alone. But the host, Harris, was also very friendly and attentive, telling us how to navigate down to the beach and town. Air conditioning worked like a dream and the bed was comfy. All in all a brilliant experience, and as we are frequent visitors to Crete we will be back. "

"IDI hotel was a perfect little gem. First and foremost, the hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. They were always ready to assist. The rooms were very clean. What was most important for a family of 5, their family room had 2 full bathrooms/showers which made it so much more convenient. The breakfast was very tasty and plenty.
